Vulva Series: The Vagina
In continuation of the vulva series... the vagina - not to be confused with the vulva.
.
.
The vagina is an internal tube shaped organ, that opens out as part of the vulva and ends at the cervix. It isn’t straight but rather curved upwards towards the front and is able to conform to any shape - which is why keels, your vaginal workout works!
.
.
The front third of the vagina and it’s opening is quite sensitive holding 90% of the vaginal nerve endings. The back two thirds of the vagina have little to no sensitivity. Typically the type of sensations are pressure, pain and temperature changes due the minimal sensitivity.

As I’ve said before the majority of women don’t orgasm from vaginal intercourse alone. Further, research shows that the majority of women don’t find vaginal stimulation alone very pleasurable. See the previous post on the clitoris for further information! Photo cred: @sheffaorg
