When we become wrapped up with “preforming well” or “being the best” or “creating the best sexual experience” we stop experiencing sexual play and pleasure. This puts us in our heads, in a critical judgement place and ironically, makes creating the “best sexual experience” impossible. .

Be in the moment, allow yourself to fully experience and embody your sex encounters. Sex isn’t a play, it isn’t meant to be preformed!
