After play - what comes after sexual play. This type of activity’s highly undervalued. How many times have you engaged in sexual play only to have both (or more) if you get up and go about your business independently? .

I’m not suggesting you must spend hours cuddling, making googly eyes at each other (but if that’s your thing, hey why not!?). I’m talking about doing something validating as a couple. Could be talking, sharing food or a beverage, etc. .

The purpose is to share, bond and increase satisfaction. By making after play part of your sexual activity you create space for connection and dialogue.
