Cuckolding

Cuckolding.. A fetish whereby a person derives pleasure from watching their partner have sex with another. .
.
The term cuckold comes from the cuckoo, a bird that lays eggs in another birds nest. This kink, especially popular in the Netherlands and the UK, can have varying degrees of time intensity. For example, some couples will engage in story telling by describing past sexual encounters or made up stories where they are with another.
.
.
One step further would be one partner engaging in sexual play with another and then recounting the events to their partner following it.

.
.
And then finally being present as one partner engages in sexual play with another. Roles can vary in these types of scenarios such as the partner being a passive voyeur to being more of an active director providing suggestions and direction. As with other sexual play, it’s imperative that all parties have communicated, know what to expect and are consenting participants.

.
While the cuckolding fantasy may sound like a fun idea, it’s worth considering what role, if any, will jealousy play? Most of us have been socialized to react in outrage upon seeing our partners enjoy sexual activity with another, so it’s not a far cry to say this has the potential cause some issues. Part of this fetish also lies in sexual shame so this also might feel conflicting in terms of emotional response.

.
.
At any rate, as with any type of sexual play, for cuckolding to be successful it requires much communication, respect, ongoing consent and checking in to ensure that everyone is having a good time.
