#2. Surround yourself with positive people. If you’re always around people who are constantly judgmental or critical of even their own bodies this will create an environment that’s difficult to break out from. You’ll be less tempted to judge yourself if the people around you aren’t! .

#3. Expose yourself to diverse body images. We often get caught up in mainstream, often very thin, body images and we start to think that this is the norm and what everyone should strive for. Explore more realistic and varied body images. .

#4. Be physical! The more you move and experience all the amazing things your body can do the more grateful and appreciative you can become. .
