Friendship and Relationships

The best relationships are ones that are built upon friendships. I don’t mean that you should be friends prior to being romantically involved - the friendship can develop simultaneously. .
.
We are kind, respectful and nurturing to our friendships. We value the opinions of our friends and want to hear what they have to say. We want to spend time with our friends and prioritize time to see them despite busy schedules. We end them or create distance when they are toxic or constantly causing us stress or pain.

.
What makes a good friendship to you? Does your relationship reflect that? If not, what can you do to increase the friendship? Is it possible?
