Gratitude

While we know being grateful is a positive and pleasant attribute to have, does it really make a difference in your life? 
Research out of Harvard medical school suggests that it does!

In the research, gratitude is consistently linked with greater happiness. Some ways to nurture and create grateful habits are by keeping a gratitude journal, mindfulness exercises, intentionally sharing what you are grateful for, thank you cards and simply thanking people. .

By this logic, if you create an environment of gratitude in your relationships, you will increase the levels of happiness within it. If nothing else, everyone enjoys hearing that someone is grateful for them.
